in my CONSTRUCTIVE opinion the teeth look to flat coming out of the mouth.
rounding the lip and casting a soft rim light on the bottom lip helps bring it out in a more realistic 3d look.
I know you left this design rough though so it's not a biggie but its just something that bugs me on my old designs that I've corrected through studies.
