Liverspot Dragon by rajewel Liverspot Dragon by rajewel
Okay so, spurred by the recent ridiculous activity around the lines this picture was based on (well at least ridiculous compared to what I'm used to) I finally finished coloring this. Been working on it on and off for a month or something like that when I had some time. Tried some new stuff in the color in attempts to make it a bit more interesting. I think he's spent to much time in the sun, liver spots and wrinkles abound.

Around 7-8 hours to color, 2 hours for the lines (which I erased).
All done in PaintBBS

Nice work! My favorite aspects of this is definetely the little details such as the veins in his ear and the texture of the skin where the horn is protruding out of. Where you have gone in and used the small brush really pays off.
It's also impressive that you've spent a month on this to complete it. I tend not to have such patience in my works and I'll need to work on that. When I have an idea I usually have to complete it fast or I'll loose interest.

Anyway nice work!
