Emrile Isle Messenger Dragon (just another specific type) i'm a Dragonologist & I have studied many many dragons in my time & that's what your reminded me of as for the area that type of Drake would be located would be in the boggy marshes most probably & he probably has webbed feet if i'm not mistaken & can breath under water as well & has sonar capabilities as well & his eyes glow to see underwater as well. I'd say Northern Ireland is where you'd find em that is if you were looking & they like to shed there scales every 6-18 months so you maybe lucky if you find scales lyeing about but if you do preserve it as the scales desinagrate & turn to dragonflies. he likes to eat peat moss & the local greenery ( he's a herbavore) idk on spelling) so no worries & is actually aproachable just don't sneak up on em. & always when approaching such a large Dragon carry clovers or radishes too. I've heard legend that there good for gardners as they like to weed there gardens & get rid of dead plants & there scales nurture the ground or so i've heard.
